At Hero Data Services, we pride ourselves on our level of service. See, we don't think of ourselves as just another one of your vendors. We consider ourselves your business partner, and as such, the health of our business depends on the success of yours. We can be your company's IT department if you don't have or can't afford one of your own. We can alleviate your computer headaches: we can maintain your network, repair your PCs, host your website, or write your data bridge - and we can do it cheaper than having your own IT staff. We also go the extra mile and hire our people for their superior customer service skills. We firmly believe the tech stuff can be taught, but good people skills cannot.

Breadth

We can handle all facets of your IT needs, from networks to web service, soup to nuts, so you don't have to deal with multiple companies that point fingers at each other when something goes wrong. Whatever the problem, we are the only phone call you need to make to get resolution.

Support

We are a phone call away at all times, and we can get to you quickly. Our support is 24/7, and we don't charge extra for emergencies that might occur in the middle of the night. Crises don't always schedule themselves during regular business hours -- it's not our policy to take advantage of someone else's misfortune. We should also point out that we do not outsource any of our work so when you call us, you can rest assured you are reaching a technician right here in the US.

Communication

We're easy to understand. We won't spin your head with jargon and techno-babble. We will explain things in plain English and let you know what your options are, even if they don't include us.

Honesty and Integrity

It might sound corny, but we're not out to make a quick sale or to stick anybody with the most expensive albatross just to make a quick buck. We're looking for long-term relationships with our clients, and the best way to achieve them is to be straightforward and treat our clients fairly. We also don't charge to discuss a problem. Oh yeah, and we don't charge for labor if we can't fix it, either. We have a 99% customer retention rate, and many of our clients have been with us from our start.
