Services for ADP Regions
Since 1998, Hero Data Services has been a preferred vendor with Automatic Data Processing.
We are fully insured and proud to have been selected by ADP to provide for many regions a
number of services, including:
Upgrades and Installs
Since 1998, Hero Data Services has been performing onsite and phone installs and upgrades of:
PC/Payroll for Windows® (both SQL and Oracle), HR/Perspective® (both SQL and Oracle), ESS,
and Citrix/Terminal Server installs. We also perform in-house upgrades when the upgrade cannot
be performed at the client site (or for ADP Hosting), and have assisted with patches and update
initiatives for items such as Digital Certification and EEOC. We have an excellent relationship
with ADP's internal support departments, including MTS and HR/Perspective, and we have people
and servers specifically dedicated to ADP's needs, allowing us to provide clean upgrade
environments, to maximize efficiency, and to minimize headaches.
Pay History Conversions
We have done many pay history conversions to the ADP formats from other payroll products,
including Ceridian, Paychex, PayForce, Abra, and others. We can convert to both Pay Detail
(DET) and Labor Distribution (LDF) formats used for both PC/Payroll for Windows® and Pay
eXpert®, and we offer flat-rate, all-inclusive pricing -- versus other companies' per-year
and per-company-code rates.
Custom Bridges
With 20+ years experience writing custom software, we are no strangers to interfacing dissimilar
apps, and have written many interfaces to and from ADP applications to address specific client
needs and enhance the functionality of the ADP products, such as:

Mainframe Programming
We have written mainframe custom COBOL programs for ADP for several years, and have the
required knowledge of how ADP works and how to create effective custom solutions for clients
with complex needs.
Client-Side Tech Support
With our experience with ADP products and people, we are ideally suited to provide technical
support to ADP clients in order to facilitate implementation and troubleshooting of ADP's
products and services. In addition to the above-mentioned payroll and HR products, we have
also provided networking expertise to ADP clients to implement sophisticated products such
as Enterprise e-Time, and have provided a knowledgeable interface between the client and ADP
to make sure problems get solved. We can help the client implement ADP products successfully,
especially in cases where the client may not have access to tech support.
